"Very clean and styled with Oregon State theme. The staff were extremely helpful. Isabel at the front counter texted me within an hour. Check in to ask how things were. When I asked for another towel, she offered to bring one up immediately. Jessica at the bar was fun, attentive, fantastic drink drinks. And Emma at the breakfast bar was very sweet and helpful – clearing plates throughout the time we sat there. A little pricey for a Holiday Inn, but otherwise a great day"

"The staffer rude and I was not told that when you have a dog they have to come in and clean your room everyday. So I told the housekeeper I didn't need any services. Then they sent the head housekeeper banging on my door at 9:00 in the morning not even 10:00 or 11:00. Demanding that I let her in the room and I just got in the night before. They need to teach her customer service cuz her customer service sucks"

"I dont no because I booked through Expedia and when I got to Best Western I had no booking there I spent 2 hours on the phone with Expedia and got charged extra to get sent to a different Motel the gentleman who was on staff that night was awesome that's all I can say about Best Western then I got a lot to say about Expedia if you want to hear you're more than welcome to call 360-721-3115"
