8.4/10 Very good! (1,003 reviews)
At check in the person working the front was a delight. And the breakfast was pretty good. But the AC unit in the room would not work. It just blinked and ran constantly. Told the front desk and they called someone and no one ever fixed it or bothered to come by and look at it. Not even a we are sorry it had issues or let's see if we can move you to a different room.
They said to unplug it. So it was either on full blast or not on at all. Also no towels ever in the pool area. Only given 3 towels in the room for 4 people. And no trash can in the bathroom. Then when they came to give fresh towels they only left 1 towel and didn't empty the trash.
