For shared use: boccia. Private: natural state property 250 m2, beautiful garden to relax, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 14 km, grocery 1 km, supermarket 14 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 14 km, bus stop "Laval-de-Cère" 7 km, bathing lake "Camps-Saint-Mathurin-Léobazel" 13 km. Golf course (9 hole) 17 km.
