Montegrande, Casa de Alta Montaña Rodeada de un Paisaje Idílico

Montegrande is a whole-house holiday rental located in Villa de Sub, a small mountain village in Teverga, surrounded by nature and tranquility, within the Las Ubiñas-La Mesa Natural Park.

It’s an ideal choice for families, couples with children, or travellers looking for a comfortable home in an authentic rural setting, with mountain views and the tranquility of a small Asturian village.

The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor is the living room-kitchen, a cosy space with a wood-burning stove, TV, dining area, and a kitchen equipped with cookware and appliances for preparing meals during your stay.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a full bathroom with a jet shower, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking in the area.

Just a few steps from the house are outdoor areas shared with La Congosta, designed for enjoying the great outdoors: a barbecue next to the houses and another about 50 metres away, with a table, wooden benches, and beautiful views of the mountains.

Very close by, you’ll also find a small recreational area with swings, a ping-pong table, tables, benches, and a barbecue—ideal for spending time outdoors, especially if you’re travelling with children.

Pets are allowed upon prior request and for an additional fee. The outdoor areas are very close to the house, but they are not a private, enclosed garden directly attached to the property.

From Montegrande, you can enjoy hiking trails, cycling along the Senda del Oso, mountain villages, scenic overlooks, Asturian cuisine, and nearby attractions such as Cueva Huerta, the Prehistory Park, the Desfiladero de las Xanas, the Puerto de San Lorenzo, the Puerto de Marabio, the Montegrande Beech Forest, and the Xiblu Waterfall.

A simple, comfortable, and cosy mountain home where you can enjoy Asturias at a leisurely pace, breathe in the fresh air, and disconnect from the daily grind.
