Our rural apartment is located in one of the most beautiful places in Asturias, in the Natural Park of Las UbiƱas-La Mesa, near the Senda del Oso, 35 minutes from Oviedo, just 50 minutes from the beach and Gijon only one step for hiking, horseback riding, cycling, climbing, caving, and a host of multi-adventure sports. You can also enjoy the excellent cuisine of the area, famous for its seasonal dishes such as hunting (wild boar), the Asturian stew or stew, made with raw materials from the area. What more could you ask for?
It has a Jacuzzi in the master bedroom with stunning mountain views, cozy fireplace in the living room-kitchen, sofa bed, private barbecue and garden furniture.
Cottage can accommodate 2-4 people. Apartment fully equipped with sheets, towels, etc. and it has all kinds of small appliances (iron, blender, microwave, and flat TV).
Come Asturias, enjoy beautiful scenery, surrounded by mountains, nature and tranquility you seek.

Beautiful apartment with great views!

Charming house with everything we needed. Very remote, in a VERY small village. If youā€™re looking to get away from it all, this is your place!

Bella localizaciĆ³n

La ubicaciĆ³n es perfecta para los que buscan desconexiĆ³n total. No hay cobertura de mĆ³vil (al menos de Vodafone ninguna). EstĆ”s rodeado de bosques preciosos y rĆ­os con agua. La carretera que asciende hasta la aldea es empinada y tortuosa,pero poco transitada. No hay peligro. Hay algunos jabalĆ­es pero no molestan. La molestia viene en realidad de los gatos y perros. En particular me molestan mĆ”s los gatos porque se cuelan por todos lados. No es un problema de fĆ”cil soluciĆ³n. Los perros si no vas con perros, tampoco son un gran problema porque no son agresivos. Si llevas perros entonces tienes que buscar un equilibrio entre tus perros y los del pueblo. De la casa me gustaron las vistas desde la habitaciĆ³n y el baƱo y el esfuerzo de instalar placas solares. La cama no era cĆ³moda. Demasiado blanda. Las almohadas de mala calidad. Tampoco era de buena calidad la ropa de cama. El jacuzzi funcionaba correctamente. El salĆ³n tiene el inconveniente de tener metido dentro el termo del agua que lo hace feo. Sacarlo fuera darĆ­a mĆ”s espacio y es mĆ”s estĆ©tico. La cocina carece de sitios para guardar cosas de comida. La comunicaciĆ³n con el dueƱo es a travĆ©s de una seƱora que vive a pocos metros que regenta un bar muy cera de la casa que por estar siempre cansados no visitamos, y que te ayuda a resolver problemas como si se desconecta el WiFi por ejemplo, como nos sucediĆ³ a nosotros.

La casa se situa aislada en el monte, con lo cual la estacia es muy tranquila y acogedora.

El Ćŗnico inconveniente es que al tener termo hay que administrar el agua caliente. Por lo demĆ”s, todo muy bien.
