It comprises a 34 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 2,600 m². Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included—we are waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is laid out as follows:  
  
On the ground floor:  
\- A 34 m² living room with sofa, TV, and dining area with decorative fireplace  
\- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, and more  
\- A separate toilet  
  
Upstairs:  
\- Bedroom 1: with a king-size bed (180×200) that can be converted into two twin beds (90×200) and a desk area  
\- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a desk area  
\- Bedroom 3: with a single bed (90×190)  
\- A bathroom (with bathtub) and double sink  
\- A laundry room with washer and dryer  
  
Outside:  
\- A beautiful private, enclosed, west-facing garden of 2,600 m²  
\- A 16 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days  
  
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair and cot.  
  
The house is ideally located in Téteghem, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
