The big advantage of this hotel is its location, right beside a public train station, and a hub for buses. The hotel is nice, clean, well maintain and have certain facilities, but NO STAFF at all 9except for cleaning), so it is a DIY hotel, no lobby, no one to speak to, just a machine to check-in and a slot to check-out. Maybe some people like this. I don't. I like personalised, so no staff to review. Otherwise, it is a fine place.

The hotel kept cancelling our reservation. We had to contact them every day to get a new check in code. The last day they canceled our reservation altogether. We had to deal with AI to make contact. Then they would forward a new code. However my phone was low on battery and if I could not contact them we would be locked out with our luggage still inside. Our aircon had a blocked drain and leaked onto the floor. I had to turn off the power. I would never recommend this cost saving way the company adopted. I could have booked accommodation with a physical person to deal with in reception for the same price. I would then have someone to help with our problems.

I thought it had a good sense of being a home away from home. Very comfortable and stylish modern decor. We were only there for a day, so nothing particularly stood out as something we disliked.

We had a nice stay for two nights in Helsinki very close to the harbour, and walking distance from the city center.
We were glad to find a small (4kg) washing machine in the bathroom. The breakfast in a nearby coffeeshops could be better.

"We had a super early flight, so I decided to book this hotel for our final night of the trip. Best decision ever! Waking up and walking 30 steps to the departures was the best.
