The hotel is very well situated on the sound and very clean. Views of marina. There was a wedding outside our room and the music thumped till 10pm. You couldn't use the balcony. After that there were folks running in the corridors during the night. We waited an hour to get a response for room service due I assume for catering to the event, the internal and external restaurants. Not exactly tje quiet new England get away we hoped for..

"Had to get room key rekeyed every-time we left the room. They said system had been down for months and they dont care due to closing the hotel in November. Should tell people before they book- especially when on the 7th floor and cant get into room 4 times."

"Place was a dump. Floors were vaccum. We wrote our shoes in the room to not stand on bare floor, the soap was opened and used in the shower. The hallways smelled and the rooms smelled. Not work more than $20 a night"
