The unit is beautiful and comfortable. The only problem we had was that we paid for an ocean view however the glass was extremely dirty and therefore the view was not lively to look through the fog. I did contact the agent and was told it is strata’s responsibility to clean them. I understand this, however it wouldn’t be hard to get some hot soapy water and a squidgy and clean it before arrival. I actually looked to see if there was something I could clean it with myself as it annoyed me. If it were my property I would make sure this is included in the outgoing clean. ##### Michelle F.
