Guests will be asked to complete a guest registration form, sign a rental agreement, and be able to provide government IDs of all adults – please answer all questions truthfully to help us tailor your reservation. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate cancellation or eviction. We require that guests adhere to the mandatory NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Industry. Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book. A security deposit of $2,000 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection. Located in a great town and situated up on a hill where you get breathtaking views. You can stay in and relax or head down the hill for great food and shopping. The house is clean and spacious with so many different areas to relax in and Jess and Jonas are wonderful hosts who make you feel so welcome. This is our 2nd stay here and will come again.
