There was drilling that started near our room every morning at about 8am. The bathroom sink was clogged and the hand soap dispenser broken. The shower floor looked a bit dirty. All of the food options absurdly overpriced. No free water refill stations.

Good pool area. Need to pay for an umbrella if you want ANY shade. Kinda like an extra resort fee. Shade should not be optional, especially given UV exposure is a health concern \ cancer risk.
