Walk to Hyde Park and close to bus staions and underground. Breakfast was amazing. Friendly staff. It was a bit hard to get in and out of the bathtub so if that is going to be an issue ask for a room with shower

I found the room above me very noisy all night and the sound of running water and flushing toilet of others noticeable. But clean, friendly and nice otherwise.

We've stayed at this same hotel for over 40 years. The amenities are sufficient, however, feel that the staff ie. breakfast/cleaning crew felt like they were rushed and sometimes communication was difficult. Is it possible they are trying to do too much? Clean the rooms and take care of breakfast? I feel like more staffing would help. The check-in also was not an easy process.
