Noisy on front rooms as next to highway and I'd request a back room next time. Other patrons remarked the pool was quite chilly. Appreciated breakfast.

Used the pool and fitness area both clean and well equipped with water, towels. Fitness could use more lifting equipment. Breakfast was well done and very well set up. very typical corporate offerings. Clean up was good, though one staffer could not keep up during the rush, cleaning tables etc. Did not realize Hotel was just outside town. Without a car (like me) finding restaurants meant taxi.

I enjoyed the gym and the swimming pool. The hotel is very clean compared to some of the hotels I have stayed in PG and Vancouver. I have also stayed in some holiday inns in the UK and the breakfast served in these holidays inns were better than what Terrace had to offer. I would suggest you link in with these holiday inns and ask about the variety of options they offer for breakfast. A lot of improvement is needed in breakfast options.

Showed up at the airport and called for the 24 hour shuttle to pick up our group. We were informed that it was not available and needed to be booked 3 hours in advance. This was not communicated in advance, or i would have arranged it. Having travelled extensively, usually these policies are communicated in advance. Ended up paying for a taxi after waiting 30 min for it to show up.

It’s newer and well kept, food options were good. Saturday was a crazy noisy night where a group of people were partying in the rooms close by. Many people were out there trying to tell them to be quiet, multiple times. They were noisy until early the next morning. Staff did nothing. They had no respect for people sleeping, all they wanted to do was party. This is unacceptable for a hotel to be okay with, ignore and do nothing about. I’d rather not stay here again. It’s out of the way, the pool is shocked with chemicals and it’s never quiet.

We had some damages in our room that i didnt expect to see. I also was surprised that after telling staff that children were playing with the emergency pool equipment and had it in the pool that no one went to put it back safely, i put it back but the ropes should of been fixed and were still like that 2 days later. The pool area is a free for all with 3 times of trying to go there was wither minors between ages of 5-8 with no parents, or minors just about having sex, or screaming so loud kids had to leave bc of unparented children ruining the whole area many who were public on not guests. I get they say follow the rules but if kids and parents dont their is no point in booking here if u want to use the pool in the summer, bc if u inform them they dont do anything. The first time we booked here it was not a problem. And it really put a damper we couldnt enjoy the pool more, and when we did it was difficult to even hear anyone, and ppl were just comming in and leaving without trying to use it.
