"The staff was great. Terrance at the front desk is very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately during our stay, the main pool with closed for maintenance. The good thing was that we were allowed access to the pool at the hotel’s sister property next door. The beach was nice. White sand, lots of shells. A classic deck type bar and grill in the back, with live music.
During the time we went the tide was just a tad stronger than a chill day, but walking or driving over to pass-a-grille on the east side or the beach at St. Pete pier; the water would be nice and calm. Great location, close to convenient stores and restaurants.
Note: During our stay in early June, it was a predominantly boomer, Gen X and millennial crowd. Which came with some peace and quiet."
