    "The rooms were well equipped, clean and well presented. The air-conditioning worked well. There was a bit of a funny smell in the room which I think comes from the fact you can't open the windows so no fresh air can get in. Breakfast was fantastic and the kids loved it. It was a good hotel and we'd stay there again."

    "Staff were fantastic. We really enjoyed the kitchenette facility with a shared fridge, microwave and coffee and tea. Everything was clean and felt well taken care of. We did find the pillows to be a bit small and lumpy (there were only 2 pillows on a queen size bed) and the shower does make the whole bathroom floor wet - thankfully they staff are happy to refresh your towels daily and they do have a towel warmer if you want to dry them faster yourself.     "The hotel is in a great location for transit and shopping. The rooms are generally clean but very dated. Studio 108 on the 5th floor has the toilet and shower in two separate areas. Both are in bad need of repair. This room is also very noisy as the tram is right outside. There are much better hotels in the same general area. I would not recommend this property,"
