Beautiful and charming. Very pleasant staff. Be aware that the elevator is very antiquated so 1 person and 2 large suitcases at a time is all that will fit but was not a problem. Beautiful location would stay here again! Side note, like most places in Italy, there is a city tax you have to pay at checkout so be aware

The hotel is clean, which is the only good thing. But it misses very basic things. There is no shower screen, so taking a shower is very uncomfortable. If you ask for an extra towel or a cloth to dry the bathroom, reception is not helpful. Breakfast is very poor. It goes until 10am, but if you arrive ...

brand new hotel sit in the Gjirokastër old town, very convenient. Brand new facilities, quiet, super comfy beddings. You can even walk 15mins to Gjirokaster city for local dining options. Strongly recommend to everyone.
