Die Lage direkt neben der Hauptstraße ist ungünstig und nicht idyllisch. Es gibt KEINE HEIZUNG, das Haus war bitterkalt Ende September. Gastgeber nicht hilfsbereit und anmaßend.Details: Dieses Haus ist im Prinzip sehr nett eingerichtet, ich kann es aber aufgrund einiger gravierender Probleme absolut nicht empfehlen. Die Lage ist ungünstig: Das Haus liegt direkt neben der Hauptstraße (70km/h), inmitten einer Siedlung vieler weiterer ähnlicher Häuser, teils im Bau, teils fertiggestellt. Sehr uncharmant, wer hier Isolation oder Naturerlebnis erwartet, kommt nicht auf seine Kosten. Die Fotos und Lagebeschreibung in der Anzeige suggerieren etwas anderes.Es gibt keine Heizung! Während unseres Aufenthalts Ende September war es 3-8 Grad kalt, und im Haus dementsprechend frostig, ca. 12 Grad vermutlich. Wir waren dort mit einem Baby und uns hat die Kälte große Probleme bereitet. Ich habe den Gastgeber mehrmals um Abhilfe gebeten, wurde aber mit dem Hinweis „das ist ein saisonal vermietetes Haus“ und „andere Gäste beschweren sich auch nicht“ abgespeist.Der Gastgeber wohnt 200km entfernt, wenn es also wie bei uns ein Problem gibt, dann wird einem nicht geholfen. Im Gegenteil: Nach der Abreise erhielt ich eine 50 Euro Rechnung und eine PM, wo mir respektloses Verhalten, ein Diebstahl eines Untersetzers (nicht wahr) und ein verwahrlostes hinterlassen des Hauses (auch nicht wahr) vorgeworfen wurde.
