"Terrible experience. If you don't have staff to attend to guests, you have to make things work. The hotel isn't finished, everything around the pool had bleach on it, all my friend's clothes were ruined. I told the owner and still there's no response. We also had to buy clothes. When we arrived at the affiliated restaurant, they "couldn't find" our reservation until 45 minutes later, only to serve us a terrible breakfast. "Once leaving the resort to try and get more money out of their customers the stay pretended like we took a a towel from the place and tried to charge me for something i infact did not take and k complained i was not going to pay for something i did not even touch because i was not at the hotel for almost all day. Come to find out is not the first time they do this they have done it to more of their customers and thats why they did not go back because they do this towards the end once its time to check out. "
