Keen walkers will enjoy exploring the surrounding footpaths in the stunning High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and wine enthusiasts should pay a visit to nearby Chapel Down Vineyard to discover how delicious wine is made in this part of the country. For those looking to venture slightly further afield the nearby town of Rye offers a chance to explore the many antique shops or take a trip to Camber Sands to enjoy a day at the seaside relaxing on the seven miles of sandy beach.


The cottage entrance opens into the well-equipped kitchen, where you will find an electric oven and hob, fridge, coffee machine, microwave and washer/dryer. Walk though into the cosy lounge, the perfect place to snuggle up in front of the wood burner on chilly evenings and catch up with your favourite programs on the Smart TV with Sky package. Relax on the comfy sofa or armchair after a busy day sightseeing and plan the next day's adventures. Stairs from the kitchen lead up to the first floor where there is a king-size bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.


Outside you will find a pretty courtyard garden with a paved patio area with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ. A Summer house offers a table and chairs making it the ideal place to enjoy a romantic evening meal or to curl up with a good book. Parking is available at the rear of the property in the local car park with the use of a parking permit that is available for guests use, arranged with owner prior to arrival.
