"直前でも禁煙室取れてありがたかったです。 みどりやのお風呂に行けるのも嬉しいです。 露天風呂の、湯浴み着着て混浴なのはよいのですが、川に入れば女湯が見えるところまで男性が来れてしまうのは残念です。施設としては充分よくしてるのに、利用者のモラルというかマナーというか。。内湯上がるのに立ち上がったら見えるよなあって感じました。気づかず来てしまったにしてはなあ。。施設の心配りを台無しにするのはだめですね。"

"Onsen outside on the river was fantastic and perfect after a day walking. Breakfast was limited and dining options with walking distance very limited. Room was large and traditional Japanese style was extremely comfortable to sleep. "

"Whole hotel looks like it was good 20 years ago and someone just forgot to do anything with it since. We booked a non smoking room but when we entered the room the smoke was so heavy I could taste it and there were burn marks all over the carpet. We asked to be moved and got a new room which smellt like a mixture of smoke and peppermint airfreshener to hide it. At least in this room it was still manageable. Stains in the carpet but bedlinnen and bathroom were clean. Personell was friendly...
