Comfortably furnished in a contemporary minimalistic style, with laminate floors, it enjoys a light, fresh feel with the original high ceilings and sash windows. Divided into two, it has interlinking doors at the ground floor and first floor level which makes it ideal for two families holidaying together. Offering plenty of space to relax with an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner in one half and an additional separate sitting room, dining room and modern kitchen area in the other. Two staircases lead up to the spacious bedrooms above. An enclosed, stoned patio to the front is an ideal spot to enjoy a relaxing drink on a summer’s evening or indulge in an alfresco meal on the enclosed rear paved patio, children will enjoy playing in the public play park next door. Conveniently located, there are several pubs and a well-stocked village shop on your doorstep. A short walk takes you to the wonderful sandy beach, perfect to while away the days building sandcastles, swimming or surfing. Alternatively, the privately owned Norman Manobier Castle is well worth a visit during the season.Join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and explore the hidden coves and sandy beaches nearby, to the east lies Lydstep and the bustling seaside town of Tenby, while to the west is Freshwater East and Barafundle Bay.
