    - Swim & Gym Pass: $20 USD + 13% VAT for access between 7 am and 10 am only. Hours may vary, and access is limited.

    Las Catalinas is a community in a constant state of growth, and because of this, there will be construction in the area. Hopeful that this will have little impact on your stay with us, unfortunately, we will not be able to provide room changes, discounts, or refunds due to construction at this time. Construction hours are as follows:

    6 am -7:30 am: Construction may begin with workers required to speak in low voices and no power tools are allowed
    7:30 am - 6 pm: Normal construction
