I never stayed! Please read! If I could give this place a zero I would. I saw the photos online where they looked nice but why don't they bother to show the real reflection of a room that looks like a disaster? This hotel had plenty of time to have this room ready but they chose not to thinking this was perfectly acceptable in the hotel business. If you spend a good amount of money can a hotel chain like this one have high cleanliness and working standards? It does not appear so because today. April 6, 2024 as i proceeded to check into my room, I had to walk out immediately due to the disappointment and disgust of viewing an unclean, broken, and non-functioning room. The refrigerator looked like it had stains all over it and they couldn't be wiped away, curtains on the left side of the room were broken and hanging down, the bed sheets looked like they had been barley put on and not clean, and finally the air conditioning unit was making loud noises like it was dysfunctional and going to explode. From now on, I will be staying with the higher hotel chains like Hilton or Marriott so I don't have to ever incur this unpleasant and highly inconvenient experience. I simply wanted to have a one-day get away but it won't happen now. I can at least enjoy the day and evening in Temecula and head home to San Diego to sleep in my own clean and functioning home.

Arrived late for check-in. Got to the room and did not smell right. Fortunately the same room type was available. The room was great. Breakfast was decent. I do want to add that EV chargers are available unfortunately non-EV cars park in the spots.

Nice lobby, great staff. Horrible breakfast experience. Food & coffee ran out. Staff had to be told food was out instead of having someone check to ensure food was available. We weren’t able to get waffles due to a line. Then waffle batter ran out, no one came to refill or check. The breakfast space was clean and looked appealing but it was a sad surprise when no food was available. Finding rooms was also difficult. Very much like a maze.

The room was clean and large, it felt like a studio apt. It he staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and they even know how to cook bacon; nice and crispy!

They didn’t have our room ready even though it was an hour past check in but the manager was really nice about it and offered us free snacks from their snack bar. He was super welcoming and even brought pool towels all the way out to the pool for us when we told him they ran out. The hotel is lovely and the room was impeccable and everything is in great condition/looks new not to mention that it was very spacious. It was also nice that they use Dove brand shower products that actually foam and moisturize instead of the cheap stuff most hotels have. They have ample free parking and free breakfast. Definitely a win.

This hotel looks new but unfortunately it isn’t clean. Very Dirty. People leave garbage everywhere outside their rooms. When they say sustainable they mean cheap or cheaper service, not providing guests with services. I stayed 4 nights and no house keeping service was provided when I requested housing keeping services the 2nd night. They have no disabled parking or disabled rooms available since they have disabled guest who live here .The staff was dishonest when I called and asked about disabled room availability and accommodation . All other parking spaces available are very far from the hotel . A lot of guests make noise around the fire pit in the middle of the night and “Staff” does nothing about noise. This hotel is very short staffed and can’t provide adequate service. This hotel is pricey compared to other hotels within the area and they lie and don’t provide service you pay for. I will NEVER stay here again. Report will be made with riverside county regarding inadequate housekeeping service for a hotel this size.
