These pull-outs are best suited for kids or smaller guests and may feel tight/short for taller adults. \- Please note: The electric fireplaces in both homes are decorative only and do not provide heat. Parking Details: \- Please make sure you park in the designated property parking locations only. Park up to 2 vehicles in front of the unit. Please do not block the garage. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. He showed us around and helped us get settled. The casita and the villa were absolutely gorgeous! The entire property was beautiful and so peaceful.
