GREAT accommodations, follow up service with the management company could not have been better. We come to the valley every year and have now found our first choice of a place to stay. However, the jacuzzi only had one jet working and the pool cleaner was well aware of this. It should have been fixed before our stay since it was listed as an amenity. There was only one ping pong ball that wasn’t cracked. The end of the shuffleboard table fell off onto my granddaughter’s foot which could have been a serious injury. Thankfully it just left a bruise. Needless to say, we were a little disappointed, especially since we paid so much for staying there. ##### Ravonne L.
