8.8/10 Excellent! (1,000 reviews)
Honestly this could have been a 5 star review. Everything else was perfect… But the shower ruined my experience. The shower head was terrible and flimsy, it kept moving around while trying to shower, which in combination with a shower screen that didn’t meet, left the bathroom constantly flooding.
It was also impossible to take the shower head off to wash myself properly… it was super glued on… like who is trying to steal your terrible cheap shower heads.
Luxury stay, comfortable bed and facilities, budget motel bathroom. Cleaning myself properly is one of the most important factors of a hotel stay, make some improvements.

The loft was great in a good location with Ku’Damm Ubahn station next door. Very convenient location to explore Berlin. The mostly Spanish staff is very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet is classic German and good. I liked this place and highly recommend it.

8.8/10 Excellent! (665 reviews)
"We had an awful stay here. The hotel has a notorious issue with a faulty fire alarm that goes off randomly—something we unfortunately only discovered after checking in. During our stay, the alarm was triggered three separate times in a single day, with the final evacuation happening at 2:00 AM. Every ..."

8.4/10 Very good! (2,055 reviews)
"I was only in the hotel for 1 evening. Arriving at 7pm and departing at 8am. The hotel is my preferred option in Berlin due to its proximity to the Alexanderplatz station and direct link to the airport. The room allocated as a good size for a single occupant. The bed was really comfortable and the ..."
