I liked the property for location, cleanliness and very friendly and helpful staff. I like the restaurant/pub as well. Food was good and staff friendly.
I would stay again.
Very grateful for the stay I had here. I was traveling through to Prince Rupert and arrived earlier than anticipated. I was able to check in and get freshened up a bit earlier
Great staff and very attentive front staff
Thank you
Staff was great, very friendly, property is looking tired, breakfast was mediocre and overpriced. Overall acceptable but not great with pricing at the high end for this type of accommodation.
Staff were really great and helped accommodate a ski racing team with all their needs to tune their ski gear for the races. Rooms were good and the restaurant was great. Would definitely recommend.
Great experience as always. Good food great service

Did not get the room we had booked online. Our room was not cleaned during the day so I called the front desk twice and got no answer. I walked down and they were all chatting actively ignoring phone calls. When asked to take the dirty towels they said housekeeping would do it tomorrow. Not exactly as “prestige” as expected. On the positive the bed was comfortable!!
