"Disappointed that Hotels.com did not tell us the hotel was being refurbished. Bar was closed during our 10 day stay. Parking at hotel was not free. They charge 5€ per night unless you want to walk 150 m away. Sky TV was totally in German. Had to ask Manager to change location of our room which originally opened onto the car park and was noisy. Room very hot, No air conditioning and no fan! Positive’s were that the food both breakfast and dinner was excellent. The Villa Nova rooms were to...
