Tehuacán-Cuicatlán Biosphere Reserve

The rooms and staff were nice. The private beach area was not accessible because of the seaweed and the smell was horrible. No one on the property was working to remove the seaweed. Angel did upgrade my room and I appreciated it greatly, but the experience was still limited. I chose the place to simply relax without having to do too much to enjoy my time, but I couldn’t. Other than that, it was just ok. I only experienced the room and some food, which happened to be expensive. The staff did bring it to the room so that’s a plus. Other properties on the strip, towards Secrets, was stench free and the beach area seemed to be clearer.

If you’re looking to escape the city and truly relax, this is the perfect place. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. Although it’s an all-inclusive vegan resort, but we are not vegan , so we also enjoyed the fish and steak—they were delicious! The drinks were exceptional, and the staff was amazing—friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. This place was very tranquil and peaceful—- loved it. Staff was very hospitable and gracious for your presence. Food was delicious and drinks did not disappoint.
