We stayed here in April, it was a beautiful property and so peaceful. Perfect for a relaxed retreat. We enjoyed a couples massage and just relaxed by the pool. You will need transportation to get around as its not walking distance to the center. But amazing place to just unwind.

This is the worst hotel we stayed at in our years of travel. The staff was nice and attentive but the property is in run-down condition, everything feels dirty and slimy. The worst thing were the rats running freely in and out the kitchen to/from the restaurant area. Two nights into our stay we found ants on the bed. The staff sprayed around and we had to keep spraying every day to keep them away. The doors to the room do not close completely leaving gaps all around and when it was 18° - 19°C and windy at night, we were feeling like sleeping outside. All the smoke from locals burning their garbage was comming freely into the room, making it very uncomfortable and annoying. There were bats hiding in the roof making sounds during the night. The infinity pool, we were so excited about, ended up being a health hazard due to excessive over-chlorination, the water having an intense smell of chlorine, so we didn't end up using it at all. The water in the sink drains very slow, making it unpleasant for the second person to see the soap, toothpaste and mouth rinse floating on it. I have contacted the owner who referred me to "management" which were both careless, unhelpful and even rude. They mentioned an "upgrade" to another property on which they never followed through. We would definitely not recommend this grossly misrepresented property. You can get a lot nicer accommodation for what they charge here.
