We has a wonderful stay, the room was very clean and we had a beautiful view.

Smooth check-in. Good amenities, excellent location

Nice hotel, great Mountain View from the balcony. It's 20 mins away from the high traffic main shopping area, hence it's very quiet. We had a nice parking for our Tesla to charge too.

Absolutely horrible for the price you’re paying. Pool and hot tub is most beautiful part of the property but was dirty. Rooms aren’t worth a fraction of the cost. Visible mold in bathrooms. Broken dishwasher. Grimy carpet and tile. Absolutely disappointed and frustrated for how much we paid per night. Paid the same up in lake Louise for a muchhhhhhh nicer place. Will never recommend or stay again. Feel completely ripped off

They may call this facility a “resort” but it’s nothing more than a cheap motor motel, with no amenities, no room service at any hour, no mini bar, no breakfast, and one contracted restaurant on the property, right off the main lobby, with extremely limited hours and a limited menu. Our room had a broken toilet and a broken shower, which speaks to the care and quality of the housekeeping staff who are supposed to inspect the rooms after cleaning to ensure the rooms are liveable for the next guest. Our room didn’t even have shampoo or other supposedly-included toiletries that they tout as being available with the rooms. Front desk staff were nice and tried to make amends, but maintenance people are sent home early, so no one could fix our toilet or shower. Instead, I got a 30% refund for the “inconvenience” of being provided with as many services and amenities as I would have been provided with if I camped out at a local campground. If you want the experience of a budget motel, only with more amenities, (like a Travelodge or an Econolodge) save your money and go to those motels instead. You’ll do better and get some value for your money.
