Nice place on the river. Great views and outdoor space. Very clean. Address marker on the road would help. Can't see the turn in due to the slope and putting the address into Google maps doesn't get you to the right place. But owner was quickly responsive when we had trouble finding it.

Last Summer Get Away

This was an amazing place for my family to end our summer vaca with—beautiful view, peaceful, clean, and by the water. The water is a walk/hike to get to, but well worth it. Fit my family perfectly planning to come back in the future.

Deer Season

We are so fortunate to have found this place last minute. It was perfect! We had a group of 6 staying for an extended weekend. The location was awesome with a breathtaking view of the North Fork River. The cabin was clean and well stocked, and the communication with the property owner was terrific. We had a small issue at check in with the door code, but the owner responded immediately and helped us get checked in. I would highly recommend this cabin. A+

Beautiful view and adorable cabin. 4 of us stayed here and couldn’t imagine it sleeping 10, it felt pretty tight in there. I do think the cabin would work well for one family with many kids. The upstairs bathroom is “tricky” for adult sized people. Decor and vibe are awesome, porch was nice and well appointed. The string lights, fire pit and Adirondacks made a perfect setting to gather. We were so happy to arrive and excited to be there! All newer appliances and the charcoal grill was awesome. Unfortunately we found mouse droppings (in the pans to cook with) when preparing our 1st meal and some critter got into our food on the counter tops the first night. It left us feeling icky. We had to store everything in the fridge for peace of mind. The second night we had raccoons chew through our cooler on the porch, it was zipped but empty. We like critters so not a huge problem just be aware and don’t leave anything outside they may like the smell of. Also a bit disappointing that the walk down to the water’s edge is way more treacherous and strenuous than the photos portray. We made it down and up once, and no one would attempt it again the rest of the weekend. You will need a tall and powerful vehicle, as there are some big ruts, the driveway is steep, and cannot easily be seen from the road. A sign would be helpful. We drove past it multiple times even after we knew generally where it was. Overall we had a great time and the cabin didn’t disappoint!

We stayed with four adults and four kids for a float trip. Excellent property and wonderful location on the river, right next to Dawt Mill. Made getting the kids up and ready and easy task, and we still got bonus time on the river thanks to the location. Had a great time!
