"We loved our stay Pink House. The location is about 10-15minutes walk to town with young children, so ideal for anyone who enjoys peace and quiet but doesn't want to be reliant on transport to get groceries or experience the local community and culture. "My stay at Jenna’s River Bed & Breakfast at Lake Atitlán was truly unforgettable. I stayed in the Quetzal Room at the very top of the boutique hotel, and the view was simply spectacular — a panoramic look over the lake and all three volcanoes. Waking up to that view each morning felt like a dream. What really makes this place special, though, is the staff. From the moment I walked through the gates and was welcomed by Astrid, I knew I was somewhere special. The entire team goes above and beyond. A huge thank you to Sebastian, Fernando, Alejandra, Manu, and Adrina for making everything absolutely perfect during my stay. The breakfast each morning was excellent, and I enjoyed three delicious dinners there as well. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel relaxed and taken care of. I also had a 90 minute massage! I will always cherish my three nights here and only wish I could have stayed longer."

"Good staff but the room needs a proper renovation not only patching: a hole on the bathtub wall was filled with caulking! Patio door frame was not screw properly to the wall, hence the patio door didn’t close. A relatively low issue since we were at a gated hotel. Couple of unwritten ruled unmentioned when booked: fitness center closed every 3rd of the month for maintenance, not allowed to bring exterior food, Easy parking and close to tourism sites"
