My stay was excellent. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, everything was seamless — thanks in large part to the amazing front desk manager, Eunice.
Eunice is truly a gem. Her warm smile, welcoming attitude, and genuine dedication to making guests feel comfortable set the tone for my entire stay. She handled my check-in with outstanding professionalism, ensuring I had everything I needed and answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Throughout my stay, she remained just as attentive — always ready to assist, always cheerful, and always going the extra mile to make sure guests are happy.
Her delightful personality paired with exceptional customer service made a remarkable difference. It’s rare to come across someone who blends friendliness, competence, and hospitality so effortlessly. Eunice is, without a doubt, one of the biggest assets to Macoba Apartments.
The apartment itself was clean, modern, and comfortable — but the service I received, especially from Eunice, is what will make me return and recommend Macoba Apartments to anyone visiting Kumasi.

The room was decent. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was just ok. There was a bar and pool outside that no one used during my stay.
The area is safe and Kumasi Mall is a short walk away where there are many food and drink options, etc.
it was around a 20-25 minute taxi ride to the Kejetia area and palace and museums.
