"This was such an amazing property! The scenery was fantastic and the house itself was very cool. There was plenty of room for everyone and the amenities were great, it was very well stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed the sauna and the fire pit! "We have a wonderful stay. The house is close to Torrey and Capital Reef, but also secluded. The house is comfortable and cozy and have everything we need. We enjoy watching sunrise from the front of the house, the extensive CD collection and relaxing at the patio."

"Our stay was fantastic! 14 adults, ranging in age from 25 to 80. Very clean and organized, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and everyone commented on how well stocked the kitchen was for meals in. Loved the dining room table which seats 10, and the kitchen table, seating 5. The sport court and trampoline got a lot of use before and after hiking—so convenient to Capitol Reef. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely return to the property. Highly recommend!"

"Older home that's been updated nicely. Owner gave us very good instructions which we did not look at until our GPS took us to the wrong place. Quiet location close to town. Comfortable beds, funky master bath that works nicely."

"This place is awesome!!! It is just off the highway in Teasdale just south of Capitol Reef. Very clean and lots of activities for kids (hammocks, playground, firepits, etc.). We really enjoyed this place - the bathrooms are new and clean with SHOWERS. The cabins also provided towels and washcloths (we brought bc we didn't know in advance). Beds were comfortable, we loved having fires outside. Overall 5 stars."

"The home was clean and nice for our extended family. We all liked the beauty of the area. The kitchen was supplied with almost everything. Some serving spoons would have been nice but everything else was there. Some of the beds were older with springs and were hard. But we would stay again. The separate bathrooms for every bedroom was a real plus. Capital Red was beautiful and it was a short drive there. "
