"Very underwhelming lobby especially with the decorative fountain being fully drained making it a an ugly eyesore. The lobby coffee costs $ (odd). The check in process was a bit disappointing considering it was 4pm (when check in starts) and they only had 1 person at the desk. Took probably 20 minutes ..."
