Many resturants and shops nearby ( 2 mins waking distance ) . The hotel price is slightly high for such type of hotels . I think becauee of high season only . The property is less than 3 stars for me it is an apartment . The entrence was through a stair and then the second floor there is the door of the apartment ( I dont call it Hotel ) . you will find the rooms in the lobby like a house . My room was behined the reception exactly next staff back office . The room is acceptable and clean . My problem was with safe box lock ( its a very old version ) and WIFI . Toilet is small but clean . Staff : Super excellent all of them anytime Wifi : is very low speed . The rooms are comfortable with all the amenities you’d expect from a 4 star hotel. It’s located at the historic old town recently rejuvenated with lots of fancy restaurants, hipster hangout spots, theaters and galleries. I enjoyed the area till early morning and was late for my breakfast, but the hotel staff were kind enough to offer coffe, jam, salads, cheese, pastries and basically the entire breakfast menu :) They also provided me with a free local SIM card (I’ve never seen it done before). The hotel deserves its special spot in the new trendy design hotel scene of Tbilisi.
