We paid for breakfast to be added to our stay in Tbilisi. But it was not in their records. When we came in after around 28 hours of our long trip, the customer service of the hotel was not very helpful, anywhere else in world they would take care by offering water or some drink and helping with the baggage, but they were very unresponsive to our situation and even when they heard that the airport lost our baggage, they didn't offer any help in following with airport. we didn't have a phone number when we arrived. Anywhere else in the world that we stayed in hotels, the staff are usually extremely helpful.

just to say that one of the receptionist called mariam was excellent and extremely helpful. only downside is no near by public transport. need to walk about 10 min in cold and rainy days to get to public transport. 20 mins to walk to the centre of city.

Apart from some traffic noise I enjoyed my stay
Hotel was ok. The bed was comfortable. I'd say the rooms could have been better cleaned. It's set back from the road but I could still hear a lot of traffic noise. The reception staff I interacted with were all very pleasant. It's a 5-10 minute walk from nearest metro station but taxis are very cheap. The restaurant directly in front of the hotel is amazing. Very classy, lovey food and staff. I didn't eat in hotel.

Staff very uncordial. Don't pay attention to your requests. Every time you have to the reception for your requirements. The reception pays no heed. Breakfast is included in your bill, but not all is free.

Overall stay was OK
We stayed there for 4 nights. We took a family room. It was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. Cleaning service guys were doing their job properly even when u are not in room without asking any consent to clean. There should be an option for letting the guest know if he wants to clean or not. Lastly, breakfast menu remained the same for all 4 days of our stay without even a little variation which was quite disappointing. Overall experience was OK, but as a brand Wyndham has lot of scope to improve in all fronts compare to their competitors.

Da ich grundsätzlich von morgens bis nachts mit meinen Freunden in der Stadt war, fällt mir die Bewertung sehr schwer. Dennoch fand ich die Zimmer sehr sauber und das Personal sehr nett. Obwohl mein Englisch sehr schlecht ist und im Hotel nicht alle russisch, armenisch oder deutsch sprachen, waren die Mitarbeiter sehr geduldig, und wir haben uns immer irgendwie verständigt. Insbesondere nett war die Mitarbeiterin, die in ihrer Nachtschicht sehr geduldig meine Fragen beantwortet hat, obwohl es schon sehr spät war. Durch den längeren Austausch mit ihr, fand ich noch eindrucksvoller, was für ein ausgebildetes Personal im Hotel arbeitet. Falls der Hotelbesitzer oder Leiter diese Bewertung lesen, wünsche ich der Mitarbeiterin viel Erfolg mit dem Studium und Doktorarbeit.

Service client très mauvais
Manque cruel de formation du personnel ! Nous avons eu une altercation avec un des membres du personnel pour avoir demandé une serviette pour la piscine. Au delà de ça, le personnel du bar et du restaurant ne sont pas formés non plus : très longue attente, 45 mn pour avoir deux cocktails puis encore 45 mn pour une planche de fromage apéritive (arrive sans pain et sans couverts). Pour le repas : les deux plats servis avec 30mn de décalage. Bref cet établissement a un gros potentiel mais il faut former le personnel
