Great little hotel, right behind a corner on the biggest tourist street making it both quiet to sleep in and yet with easy access to everything. Clean, polite staff, simple but delicious breakfast and very accessible pricing.

It’s located at the prime location. Different deck was very helpful. They checked us in at the late night hour because our flights were after midnight. The breakfast was nice. It has options for vegetarians. Room was a bit small, but the vicinity and its location offset all of that. All the major attractions and restaurants are at a very walkable distance from this place. Value for money.

Dishonest staff! Be careful.

It was ok in the beginning but when we asked for breakfast the receptionist said to hand 20 lari each for 3 people to the cook at the basement. I feel they are not honest. Secondly when we checked out, the cleaner immediately took the key from our hand so she can clean It was about 10:30 am. The I realized i forgot my watch and bracelet at the bathroom counter but they denied seeing it. It was a two tone Rolex and a Charriol bangle.

There was an issue with my room availability but the staff went out of their way to help me with alternate accommodations for the first night in question. They then comped me breakfast as an apology. I liked the staff of this hotel and felt they were concerned with my satisfaction.

Unprofessional and rude staff bad service.

Staff are the biggest problem. Unprofessional, with zero customer service (this applies on all staff) I reached the hotel at 10 PM. My room AC was not functioning, they insited to collect the money for the total stay before even fixing the problem or changing the room. (At the same moment they had 2 rooms cheking out). They refused to provide any option except from next day. Therfore i was forced to stay on the non ac room for a terrible night and the answer was go to another hotel and you should pay money for the receptionist that was waiting for you. (by the way the check in time was clearly mentioned while booking on Expedia website) What an ugly experience. Even bathroom supplies (towels and shampoo) it was ugly, they provided me one small hand towel (how could i take a shower???) The only good thing is the locatin.
