The location was a plus; I was able to walk easily to many small markets, restaurants, and the Galleria. I couldn't figure out how to heat or cool the room, unfortunately, and my flight was early, so I was not able to try the breakfast. My room window looked out over the street, so it was quite noisy anytime a car or emergency vehicle passed by - the sound echoed off the pavement and other buildings on the street. The workers are nice and pleasant and try to be helpful as much as they can. The location is real good. the breakfast is ok but not many options for vegetarians. While booking a room I had asked for a room on a specific floor and received a confirmation form the hotel, but when I arrived, I was given a different room. in addition on my last day I was asked to change room because they had promised it to someone else.
