#### Не рассчитывайте особо на бронь этого отеля

Планировали семейный отдых с 2 детьми. Заблаговременно забронировали данный отель. Но проделав 800 км. столкнулись с "сюрпризом". Администратор сообщила, что наше бронирование отменено, о чем нам направлено письмо на e-mail 1,5 часа назад, т.е. когда мы уже фактически находились в Тбилиси. Насколько я смогла понять из пояснений, что-то у них затопило. Хотя я предполагаю, что этот номер просто сдали по другой цене. При этом нам даже не предложили воспользоваться wi-fi для поиска другого отеля. И мы с детьми оказались в чужой стране, "на улице". Спасибо добрым людям, с которыми мы познакомились и которые нас выручили в этой ситуации. Не считая отель 7ROOMS, Грузия классная, очень доброжелательная страна с гостеприимными жителями.

Mycket enkelt hotell, ganska smutsigt på rummet och lite tvär personal. Bra wifi och air conditioning och beläget strax bakom presidentpalatset och en kort bit ifrån tunnelbanan.

#### Приятный отель в историческом квартале Тбилиси

Отдыхали с женой в мае 2016, останавливались на 4 ночи в этом отеле. Новый, чистый, уютный, удобно расположен - 10 минут пешком до центра, 2 минуты до станции метро Авлабари. Поблизости традиционные кафе, рынок, магазинчики. Буквально в двух шагах - Собор Святой Троицы (напротив ворот - хороший магазин вина). Отдельно хочется поблагодарить управляющего отелем Георгия за его гостеприимство, отзывчивость и искреннюю готовность помочь в любом вопросе. Если вы хотите ощутить настоящее тбилисское гостеприимство - то вам сюда, в отель 7 rooms :)

#### Convenient inn near Avlabari

Stayed here for spring break. Arrived and left in the middle of the night (due to cancelled flights), but the innkeeper, Georgiy, stayed up late to check us in, and also drove us to the airport. The room was small but quite comfortable. The breakfasts were a great way to begin a day of exploring Tbilisi. It was convenient to return here by metro, although a short walk to the noisier center. The surrounding area seems quite old; there are several convenience stores, bakeries (delicious!), and cafes/restaurants, which are cheaper but comparable to those downtown on Rustaveli avenue. We liked to relax in the courtyard (with a hanging vine) in the evenings, and chat about the city with Georgiy. He also arranged a day tour for us with Yuri, a driver in the neighborhood. Yuri showed us lots of historic churches outside the city, Uplistsikhe (ancient cliff settlement), the Gori fortress, Stalin's house, and then took us to his aunt's estate, where we were treated to a memorable feast with homemade wine. In short, we experienced the legendary Georgian hospitality, and will definitely return.

Расположение отеля очень удачное. Недалеко от метро и центра, но в тоже время очень тихо и спокойно. Номера комфортные, свежие, просторные, мебель новая. На утро завтраки довольно приличные, можно после них жить и гулять активно по городу и на экскурсии. Хозяева очень гостеприимные, всегда идут на уступки, стараются угодить и исполнить все пожелания. Вообще в Грузии очень позитивные и доброжелательные люди! Все супер, а соотношение цена / качество было просто идеальным.
