Auch das Personal macht einen sehr guten Eindruck, ist für georgische Verhältnisse sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Man darf sich nur von der Umgebung nicht abschrecken lassen, die einfach „georgientypisch“ ist. Einziger Kritikpunkt: der Flur bzw. das Treppenhaus ist hellhörig, die Ankunft oder Abreise von Mitbewohnern kriegt man recht deutlich mit. Met de taxi ben je in kwartier in het centrum voor maximaal 3 euro. Hotel is erg schoon en het ontbijt is prima. Niet overdreven, maar gewoon vers en lekker. In Tbilisi hoef je geen auto te huren. When we arrived the hotel had a surprise for us and given our room to someone else and provided no alternative. The receptionist barely spoke any English and the hotel manager lied to us about cancelling our reservation, as I saw our reservation on their computer. They proceeded to correct their mistake by offering us a horrible hotel in a terrible location which we had to go by taxi and which they did not agree to pay for the cab. When I asked for a refund I had to go back and fourth more than 5 times with Expedia support before the manager would authorize the refund. Il personale è accogliente e gentilissimo, l'hotel è molto carino e curato, pulito e silenzioso. La posizione non è il massimo, in una strada secondaria di una zona non centralissima; peto il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono e la fermata della metropolitana è a cinque minuti di cammino (poi dopo tre fermate si arriva in centro città).
