Taxis refuse to go to the hotel because roads are closed. Very hard to walk on uphill cobblestones to reach the hotel. Safe doesn't work. Water leaks out of the shower stall. Towels are too worn out and almost threadbare. Staff are just ok. Not well versed in English language.
