Friendly staff, comfortable room and I was upgraded to a suite. Great breakfast, although it doesn’t start until 8am which is inconvenient if you are going on a trip. It’s close to the metro and the location is ok. Great air conditioning! One thing is that the wifi is not good. I could barely do an internet search and streaming was out of the question. If they got this sorted the hotel would be perfect.

Good hotel for a short stay in Tbilisi
Good room, with air con, TV, fridge, bathroom with shower and close to shops, restaurants and 20mins walk to railway station or 30mins walk to Shota Rustavelli ave.

The staff were VERY helpful and professional and NICE! The room was very comfortable and we slept very well. Right in the center of town, great location and things to walk to and see. We got a car for part of the trip and parking was smooth and no issues! We'll definitely be back!

The staff of the hotel is really really good. The hotel on the other hand is very difficult to find and in a shady area. The beds are not comfortable. There was dust everywhere. We had requested for a cab from the airport to the hotel and I had told them that there are 4 of us. He charged us 25$ and kept cribbing the whole time that we had 4 bags and he didn't even help us with our bags. He was extremely rude and on our return a normal mini van cost us 30 GEL( about 15$) for a much smoother service!!

The beds are rock hard. Old dog outside the main entranc barking all night. Breakfast was good and staff friendly.

Great stay
I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western, Tbilisi. The staff was very friendly and spoke English well. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional. I would stay there again.

After a 25 hour flight, my first impression of the hotel was 'oh-oh, what have I gotten myself into?' I had to take two elevators to get to my room. The non-smoking room I had asked for had an ashtray in it (but to its credit, did not smell like cigarettes). The bed was low on the floor, the room was tiny. The shower had no place to put soap, razor, shampoo. The hotel itself is not well marked, and kind of tucked behind some buildings. No big "Best Western" sign. Taxis really struggle to find it. BUT - I have to say that, by the end of my first day, my impression had completely changed. The staff - front desk and restaurant - were fantastic - all of them. Friendly, helpful, responsive, proactive, caring. It was genuinely a delight, and the physical aspects of the hotel became far less of a factor. I realized that, while it is not a five-star hotel, it is clean, safe and bright. Not 100%... comfortable, but functional, clean and friendly. If you like the five star experience, it probably isn't for you. But if you like great people, great value and a personal experience, I'd recommend it in a heartbeat!

Very friendly and large rooms
The service at the hotel was exceptionally warm and friendly, especially on the front desk. The hotel is on the upper floors of this building (which I think is otherwise an office block). The lifts service the office block and then a separate lift goes from the upper floor of the offices to the hotel floors. This could be a bit inconvenient but is not a disaster. The room was exceptionally large and spacious. The sleeping area was large with a large, comfortable bed. The living area had a large desk for working, minibar area, wardrobe space and a TV - again, all very large, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was good, but not amazing.

It is a decent enough hotel. The reception and the restaurant area is on the ground floor and the rooms are from 14th to 15th. Going up, you need to change lifts on the 14th floor. While the Ground floor area is great and artsy, the room floor corridors look a bit seedy. The carpet need changing. The rooms are very spacious but lighting is a bit poor. Breakfast could be better with a toaster and omelet station. Wifi connectivity is good. The staff are friendly.

Not bad.
This hotel is a little out of the way, and the street area around it was under construction, so it's easy to miss. It's located on the top floors of an office complex, and getting to the upper floors require changing elevators, which can be slightly cumbersome if you're carrying a lot of luggage. Also, the rooms are quite sparse, and the beds not particularly comfortable. On the upside, the rooms are clean and spacious, the free breakfast is of good quality, and the staff is very friendly. Recommended for short stays.

Directions need to be refined to make it simpler for taxi drivers to find. Perhaps put a couple of nearby landmarks on the booking page?? Phone number was not correct. BUT... once I got there the wonderful young front desk woman gave me exemplary attention and service. Kudos....give her a raise! Room was large, bed very comfortable, and there were enough English stations to help me bridge the gap between long minibus rides. They are doing some construction in the lobby which, when completed, will hopefully enhance the first view. I would suggest some type of room service or delivery...because I was really too tired to go out. Breakfast was varied and we'll done.

Excellent standards.
Hotel was excellent. Clean and modern. A couple of issues. Breakfast was poor by European standards. English was poor by most of staff but one girl on reception was brilliant and got us to our destinations by giving taxi driver instructions everytime. Transfer from airport was too dear 50 lari, when booked by hotel.I booked return journey by myself and was only 25. But all in all it exceeded our expectations.

Reasonable location, the hotel is on the upper floors of an office building. The hotel is decorated in a soviet era style but the rooms are big and reasonably comfortable. Now comes the very big BUT. The bathroom whilst appearing quite clean stank. I mean hold your nose and rush in fir as short a time as possible type stank.
