Sunny Corner is a stunning, recently updated 3 bedroom waterfront property set on 3 acres of private land in Eildon’s exclusive Taylor Bay.

Bedroom 1: Large master suite offering a comfortable king-sized bed, ensuite with dressing room, separate toilet and shower/bath.

Bedroom 2: Offers a comfortable queen-sized bed and French doors that open onto the large deck at the rear of the house, allowing you to wake up to picturesque views that Taylor Bay has to offer, as well as easy access to the second bathroom and toilet which has recently been updated.

Bedroom 3: The bunk room offers 2 single bunk beds, which sleep 4 people.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen which includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, conduction stove top, electric oven, microwave and all cutlery, crockery and glassware. An ALDI coffee machine is also provided however, guests will need to purchase and bring along their own Expressi coffee pods.

There is a BBQ & drinks fridge available on the large covered deck offering beautiful private views of Taylor Bay for relaxing family & alfresco dining. We recommend the Thornton Butcher, which is only 12 mins away, for some delicious cuts of meat and incredible beef jerky!

The large open plan living area is a great space for families to spend time together, with an open fireplace, an extendable dining table, comfy sofas and a 50-inch ultra-high definition smart TV with built in Netflix and YouTube apps. Setting of the fireplace for your arrival, as well as additional firewood, can be arranged for your convenience at an additional fee. The property has unlimited Telstra wi-fi internet available to allow you & your family to stay connected, and let you stream music or movies to help you relax during your stay!

Sunny Corner is visited by all types of wildlife, such as kangaroos, wombats, kookaburras & cockatoos. This also includes a great number of beautiful birds, Rosellas & King Parrots to name a few, who will regularly join our guests on the back deck whilst you sip on your morning coffee (feel free to bring some wild bird seed, they particularly love sunflower seeds!)

Sunny Corner is located just 5 minutes drive from Eildon’s town centre. Nearby attractions include:
- Eildon Pondage (BBQ and playground, brilliant for kids)
- Fraser National Park (walking trails, scenic lookouts)
- Boat launch facilities (Jerusalem Creek)
- Fishing / boat hire services
- Snobs Creek waterfalls

Linen provided but guests must bring their own towels. Guests will also need to bring toiletries such as shampoo/conditioner/body wash.
