Excellent Stay

The accommodations were fantastic. The owner was friendly and quick to answer questions. A perfect view of the lake and large yard to play games and hang out. Well-stocked kitchen with grill outside. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Wonderful stay at this lake house! The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room are equipped with all you need. The fireplace and fire pit were put to great use. Down the ladder we went into Lake Huron. Nearby Tawas City has good shopping, biking and hiking near the Lighthouse. The hosts were very responsive when contacted and it is clear that they take great care of and pride in their home.

Family getaway.

This is a wonderful place for a family to relax and enjoy each other. All amenities are at hand and the bay is so great for swimming. With the high temperatures and high humidy we spent the bulk of our week in the bay. Hope to return again next year for our fourth in a row.

Beautiful location on the Lake

The location was exactly what we were looking for; a quiet, rather private location with an amazing view overlooking Lake Huron. There was even a mature shade tree to cool under while reading a book. Liked that it was within a short distance to local restaurants, points of interest and a blueberry u-pick farm.

This beautiful home was perfect for our group of 8. It was spacious but cozy. The kitchen has all the dishes/appliances you'd need. Gorgeous view and easy access to the lake. Frank and Jennifer were so accommodating and quick to respond if we needed anything. Would love to go back!

Our second time staying at the property. Impeccable is an understatement. From the check in process, communication, cleanliness of the property. Absolute Perfection at Lake Huron House

Our family had a beautiful and most of all memorable experience at Lake Huron House . The decor is charming and the house is well stocked with just about whatever you could possibly need . The house is very spacious, and the grounds are superbly manicured. We thoroughly enjoyed the deck and the fire pit. The deck right off the lake is by far one of the crown jewel experiences of Tawas MI. The view of Lake Huron is breathtaking. From the morning sunrise to the evening sunsets the view by far is the best we have ever experienced in Michigan hands down. Jennifer and Frank are impeccable hosts and we will forever be staying and would recommend to anyone looking for a get away home / memorable experience. FYI you aren’t just renting a house, you will walk away with an inspiring and impactful experience. Bravo to Jen and Frank.

Excellent property. Pictures don't do it justice. Fabulous view in a nice quiet neighborhood with very kind neighbors. Clean, well-maintained inside and out. Comfortable beds with good sheets. Plenty of towels. Stocked with everything one would want or need. Frank and Jennifer are great hosts who respond quickly to any issues. It was so exciting. I was able to surprise my younger cousin with a girl's trip. Only shared its easy access to water w/sandy bottom. WOW...we were impressed! Loved the decks all around and stairs into Lake. This house has a great energy. It evokes a sense of nostalgia and sentimental feelings of our childhoods at Granny B's. I captured one of the most beautiful sunrises I've ever seen. Few hours later there was a quick storm, that I enjoyed. Picked up all fallen branches to use in the fire pit. Glad we purchased essentials at local Walmart after we arrived. Whole town lost power.
