The 110 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. Unwind on the private covered terrace of this charming country house, perfect for relaxing evenings. The property features a shared outdoor area with a garden and an open terrace. Our Quinta is a safe and peaceful retreat, fully enclosed and accessible only through an automatic gate. Here, our guests can enjoy nature with complete privacy and comfort, in a secure environment. The property is located just a short drive from various beaches, the city centre, Tavira Castle and the Pego do Inferno waterfall. Furthermore, the surrounding villages offer numerous good restaurants. A parking space is available on the property, additional free parking can be found on the street. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise after 12 am. Recyclables should be deposited in the bins next to the car park, while household waste should be collected in the green bins outside the accommodation. More information is provided on site. Please do not throw any paper into the toilet. This property features energy-saving lighting. We also share the space with various species of birds, both day and night.
