Arranged over two floors, the property features two air-conditioned bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds, two bathrooms and a comfortable living room. The accommodation can sleep up to five guests when an additional bed or sofa bed is available and included in the booking configuration.

On the ground floor, you will find one bedroom, a bathroom, the living room and a fully equipped kitchen with space to prepare meals during your stay. The upper floor contains the second bedroom and its accompanying bathroom. The property also provides a washing machine and Wi-Fi access.

Outside, guests can enjoy a terrace with a garden, table, chairs and an awning, making it a pleasant place for outdoor dining. There are also two additional terraces on the upper floor. Bed linen and towels are provided by the management company. For stays of 14 nights or more, one complimentary mid-stay clean is included, with a change of bed linen and towels. For shorter stays, a mid-stay cleaning service can be requested for €45, subject to availability and provided the request is made before check-in. A baby cot is available on request for €25 per stay, and a high chair for €15 per stay; both are subject to availability.

Smoking is not permitted indoors, and pets are not allowed. The shared swimming pool is seasonal, so its availability should be confirmed for the dates of your stay.
