Design with 3 levels with a bright lounge/diner, fully equipped kitchen, and 2 comfy bedroom suites with private bathrooms. Central yet peaceful—2 minutes' walk to shops, restaurants, markets, and the Gilão River. Beach lovers are just 200m from the ferry to Tavira Island's golden sands. Perfect for sun, sea, and a relaxing getaway. Car not essential with excellent bus and train links a short walk away. INTERIOR: Step into a bright, airy living space, where you are first greeted by a comfortable lounge with sofas, TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Tavira. Towards the back, a spacious dining area features a charming wooden table, ideal for meals with family or friends. The adjoining fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, with a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and all essential appliances. The air conditioning throughout keeps the home cool and comfortable during hot summer days. This ground floor also features a WC for added convenience. Two bedrooms on the first and second floors provide a peaceful retreat with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, and cosy king-size beds.
