Brisa da Ria T1 by YHA is a welcoming apartment full of character, located close to the waterfront in Cabanas de Tavira, in the heart of the Ria Formosa Natural Park. Its distinctive décor combines original artwork, vintage-inspired furniture and Mediterranean touches, creating a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. It is an excellent choice for couples, families or small groups looking to enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the Eastern Algarve. The balcony overlooking the Ria Formosa is a lovely place to unwind and take in the scenery.

Located on the ground floor, the apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. It features one bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and a TV. The living room has a sofa bed that converts into two single beds, providing sleeping space for two additional guests. There is also a TV in the living room.

The kitchen is equipped with a hob and oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine and kitchen utensils for preparing meals. Guests also benefit from free Wi-Fi, a balcony and access to the building’s shared outdoor swimming pool.

The Cabanas waterfront is just a short walk away, with restaurants, cafés, bars and local shops nearby. Cabanas Beach is usually reached by boat across the Ria Formosa, offering a characteristic Algarve experience. Boat schedules may vary depending on the season. The apartment does not have private parking, and pets are not allowed.

Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. For stays of fewer than 14 nights, an intermediate cleaning service can be requested for €30, subject to availability and requested before check-in. For bookings of 14 nights or more, intermediate cleaning is free of charge and includes a change of bed linen and towels; it must be requested in advance. A baby cot is available for €25 per stay and a high chair for €15 per stay. Both are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
